Pararescuemen with Alaska Air National Guard offload life saving equipment at Opa-Locka, Florida, as Hurricane Irma starts to make land fall on the state's coast, Sept. 9, 2017. Pararescuemen from the Alaska and California National Guard have pre-staged in areas throughout Florida to assist in rescue and recovery efforts.
