Kailey Good-Hallahan, immunizations noncommissioned officer-in-charge with Company C, 299th Brigade Support Battalion, 2nd Advise and Assist Brigade, 1st Infantry Division, United States Division – Center and a Muncie, Ind., native, smiles with an Iraqi teen after successfully adjusting a wheelchair for her while volunteering with the non-profit group “Wheelchairs for Iraqi Kids.” The project’s end goal was to fit 60 disabled Iraqi children into specialty pediatric wheelchairs to improve the quality of life for both the child and their family.
