    ATLANTIC OCEAN (Sept. 16, 2017) Ensign Joseph Salonga, from Oxnard, California, who is assigned to the amphibious transport dock ship USS New York (LHD 21), stands watch as the approach conning officer during a replenishment at sea with the fast combat support ship USNS Supply (T-AOE 6) as part of relief efforts following Hurricane Irma's landfall in Key West, Florida.
