U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Evan Putman and Spc. Michael Wing, a Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD), competitors for the EOD Team of the Year for the Ordnance Crucible, work together to detonate a explosive without damaging two buildings beside at Fort A.P. Hill, Va., Sept. 12, 2017. Putman and Wing were on the Protective Works course shielding the buildings by using sandbags and plywood.
