A soldier from the 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment ensures that a harness is properly fastened to a soldier of the 8th Iraqi Army Division before training at a compound March 16, 2011. The training, dubbed “Eagles Rising,” is being led by the 3rd ACR and will focus on platoon and company level exercises designed to progressively put Iraqi soldiers in the lead.
