Sgt. 1st Class Jeremy Hubacek, a platoon sergeant with Company H, 2nd Squadron, 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment, directs soldiers of the 8th Iraqi Army division to keep moving during training at the An Numaniyah Training Base March 16, 2011.
