Petty Officer 3rd Class Christopher Arlen, construction electrician, a Seabee attached to the 25th Naval Construction Regiment, uses a telescopic forklift to move palettes around the command’s transition yard. Arlen, from Dubuque, Iowa, is one of the Seabees responsible for receiving and delivering equipment and building materials for the Navy, Army and Air Force units of Task Force OVERLORD. 25 NCR is responsible for the command and control of construction engineering and engineering support in Southern and Western Afghanistan.
