NEW YORK – The Coast Guard Cutter Penobscot Bay is anchored in the East River prior to a mass casualty drill, Sept. 15, 2017. The Penobscot Bay is one of the main Coast Guard platforms that provide maritime security while the United Nations General Assembly is in session from Sept. 17-22, 2017.
