NEW YORK – The Coast Guard Cutter Katherine Walker maneuvers close to a parked barge off FDR Drive in Manhattan in order to move personnel from the barge to the cutter during a mass casualty drill outside the United Nations Building, Sept. 15, 2017. The Katherine Walker is one of the main Coast Guard platforms on site providing maritime security while the United Nations General Assembly is in session from Sept. 17-22, 2017.
