170927-N-NY430-0042 SASEBO, Japan (Sept. 28, 2017) Fire and Emergency Services personnel assigned to Commander, Naval Forces Japan and Sailors from U.S. Naval Hospital Yokosuka Branch Health Clinic, Sasebo, load a simulated casualty onto a stretcher during a shipboard fire drill aboard the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS Green Bay (LPD 20). Training is performed periodically after the ship returns from being underway to maintain integrated firefighting proficiency between shore and ship-based firefighters.
