Walter Tagalicud, addresses the audience of the during a military occupational specialty name change ceremony at the Lewis Main Chapel, on Joint Base Lewis McChord Oct. 4, 2017. The ceremony was to recognize the renaming of the Chaplains Assistant (56M) MOS to Religious Affairs Specialist/Noncommissioned Officer.
