Capt. Catarina Donnelly removes the old rank from her husband, Col. Kenneth Donnelly, prior to being pinned as colonel at his promotion ceremony, March 24. Donnelly, a resident of Alexandria and native of New Orleans, is the deputy commander of the 225th Engineer Brigade, Louisiana Army National Guard, and the commander of the Task Force Bon Voizen (Haiti) mission scheduled to begin in April 2011.
