U.S. Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Luis Escalera, explains how Alpha Company, 35th Expeditionary Signal Battalion, 210th Regional Support Group is providing communication support to U.S Army Reserve soldiers during Hurricane Maria relief efforts at Pfc.
