Tosado, who is from Lugillo, Puerto Rico, is assigned to the 471st Engineering Company, 448th Engineering Battalion, 210th Regional Support Group, based out of Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, tasked with the clearing of local road 128 and 372, near Yauco, Puerto Rico.
