A flight crew from the 2nd Battalion, 149th General Support Aviation, 29th Combat Aviation Brigade comes in for a landing to begin hot and cold load training with Soldiers from the 2nd Battalion, 7th Cavalry Regiment "Ghost," 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division and Kuwait's 55th Battalion, 26th Brigade "The Wall Brigade" during Desert Wall at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, Oct. 4. The units practiced mounting and dismounting from a UH-60 Blackhawk in order to conduct combat operations. Desert Wall was a partnership training event designed to build interoperability between the Ghost Battalion and the Wall Brigade, inspire confidence in each other's capabilities, and posture both elements for combined operations in support of Operation Spartan Shield while supporting the units' training objectives.
