Simulated victims Sgt. Damaris Kelly, in the back seat with Staff Sgt. Jay Butler, and Spc. Emmanuel Rodriguez in the front seat, are assessed by a member of the Camp Buehring fire department during a mass casualty exercise. The exercise, conducted by 86th Combat Support Hospital, was designed to assess the readiness of their medics, as well as supporting units including the military police, EMS and fire fighters, also located at Camp Buehring.
