Sgt. 1st Class Brandon Lashure, a Joint Readiness Training Center fires observer controller stationed at Fort Polk, La., participated in a ruck march as part of the assessment process for 1st Security Force Assistance Brigade Oct. 12, 2017 at Fort Benning, Ga. The brigade is the first to be purposefully built to help combatant commanders accomplish theater security objectives by training, advising, assisting, accompanying and enabling foreign security force partners.
