Kerri Chase presents her husband a Seahawks football as a "thank you" gift during a change of command ceremony for Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Whidbey Island, October 14, on Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. At the ceremony, Chase relieved Cmdr. Eric Emery of duties as commanding officer. NOSC Whidbey Island’s mission is to generate mobilization readiness by providing administrative services and training support to approximately 167 Navy Reservists that are assigned to nine reserve units on base.
