A Puerto Rico “Hacienda” agent works alongside a FEMA member to load a truck delivering aid to a hospital in Caguas, Puerto Rico, Oct. 18, 2017. In support of ongoing Hurricane Maria relief efforts, Coast Guard, FEMA, Army and Puerto Rico “Hacienda” personnel delivered water, food and tarps to 600 hospital employees greatly impacted by the hurricane.
