Victoria Guilloty, a mechanical engineer with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District, acts as a villain in one of three skits during the Hispanic Engineer National Achievement Awards Conference College Bowl Oct. 20 in Pasadena. Guilloty was a coach for the Corps' team at the event. Great Minds in STEM's annual HENAAC Conference is the organization's flagship event to celebrate Hispanic excellence in STEM.
