Maj. Marvin Hill, senior enlisted leader, International Security Assistance Force/U.S. Forces-Afghanistan. Caldwell issued Hill a complete set of the new Operation Enduring Freedom Camouflage Pattern uniforms today. “We are supplying the uniforms to all U.S. service members serving in Afghanistan who are involved in combat operations with the U.S. Army,” said U.S. Army 1st Lt. Thomas Ming, officer in charge, RFI SPIE-A.
