Hill, several generals, and their staff members were issued the uniform today during RFO SPIE-A’s second visit to ISAF Headquarters. “We are supplying the uniforms to all U.S. servicemembers serving in Afghanistan who are involved in combat operations with the U.S. Army,” said U.S. Army 1st Lt. Thomas Ming, officer in charge, RFI SPIE-A.
