Sgt. 1st Class Abigail Hernandez, the 36th Infantry Division command sergeant major's operations non commissioned officer, braves the sand-filled air after conducting physical training, April 13. The sand was carried by winds gusting up to forty knots, or approximately 46 mph. The weather condition lasted throughout the day before finally calming down late in the evening, keeping U.S. Division-South soldiers and personnel indoors as much as possible for the duration.
