VIEQUES, Puerto Rico – Joshua Gore, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services logistics, installs lighting inside a Western Shelter tent being erected outside the Puerto Rican island-municipality of Vieques’ sole hospital during a HHS medical supply and equipment delivery mission on Oct. 29. Unhealthy conditions inside the hospital resulting from roof damage caused by Hurricane Maria has forced the hospital to move their operations outside the building.
