FORWARD OPERATING BASE DELARAM II, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan - General David Petraeus, commander of International Security Assistance Force, addresses the Marines of Regimental Combat Team 8 during a battlefield circulation tour through Forward Operating Base Delaram II April 18. During his speech, Petraeus commended the Marines on their work across the RCT-8 area of operations. “What you all have been doing out here in Helmand and now Nimruz is make the kind of progress that enables a guy like me to go back to Congress and say there has been significant progress. It may be fragile, but the fact is there has been significant progress across the board.”
