FORWARD OPERATING BASE DELARAM II, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan - General David Petraeus, the commander of International Security Assistance Force, addresses the Marines and sailors of Headquarters Company, Regimental Combat Team 8, during a battlefield circulation tour of bases around the area of operations April 18. Petraeus commended those in the audience on their work providing security for the people of Western Afghanistan. “It’s an extraordinary combination of all kinds of different assets, and your leadership and you all have put it together in a very impressive fashion,” said Petraeus.
