Moo Kyung, a culinary arts specialist and enlisted aide to the commanding general of United Nations Command, Combined Force Command and U.S. Forces Korea, prepares a lobster while testing to become an American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef on October 28th, at the culinary arts training lab here.
