Command Sgt. Maj. Sean Miller from 6th Battalion, 1st Security Force Assistance Brigade reads the NCO creed during the Army’s first-ever promotion ceremony under the new SFAB automatic promotion policy, Nov. 1, 2017 at Fort Benning, Georgia. The promotion ceremony was held for recent graduates of the Military Advisor Training Academy. The MATA course provides realistic training to foreign security force advisors whose mission is to train, advise, assist, accompany and enable allied and partner forces.
