As part or Hurricane Maria recovery efforts in Puerto Rico, a U. S. Army Corps of Engineers contractor services a “Non-Federal” generator at the Manati Medical Center. The Honolulu District Temporary Emergency Power Planning and Response Team took on this unprecedented mission to provide service, maintenance and repairs to non-federally installed generators.
