Geoff Lee, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers quality assurance representatives works on a generator at the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture located in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. As part or Hurricane Maria recovery efforts the Honolulu District Temporary Emergency Power Planning and Response Team took on this unprecedented mission to provide service, maintenance and repairs to non-federally installed generators.
