Command Sgt. Maj. John D. Fourhman (right), who serves as the Third Army command sergeant major, speaks with retired Sgt. Tom Bishop, a native of Phoenix, Ariz., during a dinner honoring Wounded Warriors at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, April 25. The dinner was the first stop for the Wounded Warriors during Operation Proper Exit. Operation Proper Exit is sponsored by the United Services Organization allowing wounded Troops and Veterans to retrace the last steps they took before being injured. Bishop, who served with the 2nd Battalion, 82nd Field Artillery, 1st Cavalry Division, suffered injuries in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2006.
