While working in a newly-built motor transport facility, Lance Cpl. William Hernandez, a motor transport operator, Black Sea Rotational Force 11, and native of Orlando, Fl., performs a Limited Technical Inspection on a High Mobility Multi-Wheeled Vehicle in preparation for upcoming training operations in Romania. The Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force has been in Romania since the beginning of April and will be working with militaries from twelve Eastern European nations in the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucasus regions during their deployment.
