SAN LORENZO, Puerto Rico – Members of the U.S. Air Force's 85th Engineering Installation Squadron perched atop a 200-ft communication tower are barely visible through dense fog at Montaña Santa in the Bosque Estatal de Carite, Nov. 11. The 85th EIS were participating in a mission with FEMA's Mobile Emergency Response Support (MERS) to attach a 22-ft antenna aimed at improving FEMA and other disaster responders radio communications.
