SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico – Members of FEMA's Mobile Emergency Response Support (MERS) and U.S. Air Force's 85th Engineering Installation Squadron traveled to the top of Montaña Santa in the Bosque Estatal de Carite, Nov. 11, to install a 22-ft antenna on top of a 200-ft communication tower. The mission was ultimately halted due to unsafe weather conditions and completed the following day.
