Terebisi Florin, advisor of Romanian NCO Academies, and Master Sgt. Balasoiu Marius, chief of a Romanian NCO course, during a non-commissioned officer symposium here. BSRF-11’s NCO Academy is a core group of Marines from the rank of corporal to first sergeant that will travel throughout the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucasus regions to work with Eastern European nations to exchange ideas, knowledge and develop the culture and skills of the NCO in participating nations.
