U.S. Army Pfc. Gabe Meister, a carpentry/masonry specialist, with the 623rd Engineer Company, 1249th Engineer Battalion, Nebraska Army National Guard, from Raymond, Neb., connects floor joists in construction of a new medical clinic at Forward Operating Base Andar, Afghanistan, April 23. The new clinic is projected to be completed by the end of May, and will serve not only as a clinic, but also as a training area to keep Soldiers up to date on current medical practices.
