U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Christopher Jacobsen, a construction supervisor with the 623rd Engineer Company, 1249th Engineer Battalion, Nebraska Army National Guard, and native of Beetrice, Neb., installs a floor joist in a new medical clinic at Forward Operating Base Andar, Afghanistan, April 23. The new 3,300-square foot facility will consist of a clinic, trauma center and training facility.
