JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Nov. 16, 2017) – Lt. Jason Shaw, a chaplain at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, talks with a Sailor inside the hospital’s chapel. The Navy Chaplain Corps celebrates its 242nd birthday on Nov. 28 and is comprised of over 800 chaplains from more than 100 different faith groups (including Christianity, Judaism, Islam, and Buddhism).
