A field artillery student from 20th Brigade, 5th Iraqi Army Division, works on gunnery computations during the classroom theory portion of artillery training at Kirkush Military Training Base, Iraq, April 27. The IA soldiers are the first to be part of a dedicated field artillery training cycle facilitated by 2nd Battalion, 11th Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Advise and Assist Brigade, 25th Infantry Division. The cycle, eight weeks in its entirety, is scheduled to end with a provincial capstone exercise featuring Howitzer live fire drills.
