Lt. Col. Cullen Jones, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District commander, briefs Dan Brouillette, deputy secretary of the U.S. Department of Energy, at the dedication of the new Construction Support Building Nov. 20, 2017 at the Y-12 National Security Complex in Oak Ridge, Tenn. The three-story, 64,800-square-foot building will provide a combination of office and warehouse space and is the first permanent structure constructed as part of the Uranium Processing Facility project. The building will be LEED Gold Certified, which stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. The building is resource-efficient and will have decreased utility costs.
