ARABIAN GULF (Nov. 23, 2017) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Richard V. Spencer (center), and his wife, Sarah Pauline Spencer, meet with crewmembers of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Hopper (DDG 70) on the ship’s mess decks during the SECNAV’s visit to the ship on Thanksgiving Day.
