SAN CLEMENTE ISLAND, Calif. (Nov. 21, 2017) – Builder 1st Class Anthony Cabrera (center), assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, updates NMCB 4 Operations Officer, Lt. Cmdr. Joseph Charles (left) and Operations Chief, Senior Chief Constructionman James Dolan (right) on the progress of the Public Works Pre-Engineering Building (PEB) project, highlighting safety and quality control implementation throughout the process. NMCB 4 Seabees are building the PEB to provide a critical storage need to the naval base facility, enabling them to keep critical equipment out of the weather, increasing longevity and availability while gaining valuable training to enhance Major Combat Operation response readiness.
