These are campsites underwater at Obey River Campground at Dale Hollow Lake, May 7. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is releasing water at the dam to maintain a storage capacity at the dam while being careful to manage water downstream to alleviate the flooding underway on the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers.
