A crew chief instructs soldiers from Bravo Platoon, 1st Squadron, 38th Cavalry Regiment, 525th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade, on how to safely mount and dismount a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter while conducting a cold-load training exercise at Forward Operating Base, Spin Boldak, Afghanistan May 5, 2011. During the training, the soldiers, who are deployed from Fort Bragg, N.C., were taught how to board and exit an aircraft prior to going on an air-assault mission in southern Afghanistan.
