A clinical corpsman assigned to the Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa Expeditionary Medical Facility uses medicated gauze to clean the wound of a Djiboutian man April 30 at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Djibouti. About 20 medical volunteers visit the church weekly to provide basic wound-care services such as: cleaning and dressing wounds; performing minor procedures and, in some cases, prescribing antibiotics and pain medication.
