U.S. Marine Corps Gen. James F. Amos, Commandant of the Marine Corps, listens to a question from Chief Warrant Officer 3 Randall Rogers, personnel officer for U.S. Marine Corps Forces Europe. Amos fielded questions from the Marines and sailors assigned to U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Europe and U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Africa for more than an hour after talking to the Marines and sailors about some of the directions the Marine Corps may be headed in the next couple of years. Amos was accompanied by Sgt. Maj. Carlton Kent, Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps who also answered questions during their visit.
