Local, state and North Carolina Guard celebrate at groundbreaking ceremony at North Carolina Army National Guard’s 1st-120th Infantry Regiment Headquarters, Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2017, marking the beginning of a $16 million construction project. The ceremony is the beginning of a $16 million construction project on a state of the art facility to replace the aging cold war era armory that was headquarters to more than 200 Soldiers.
