171202-N-TJ015-0024 PEARL HARBOR (Dec. 2nd, 2017) DJ McCord, an instructor with Vets2PM, teaches his students about project management during a five-day course. The Center for Surface Combat Systems Detachment (CSCS DET) Pearl Harbor recently hosted a unique training experience for veterans and active duty service members preparing to become certified Project Management Professionals (PMP). A diverse mix of 24 veterans, service members and civilians attended the five-day course, conducted by the organization Vets2PM at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii (JBPHH). Vets2PM has educated more than 900 military veterans all around the world since its inception in January 2015. It was founded by former Hull Maintenance Technician Eric A.
