Toby Michael Ridenour of North Bend, Ore., with a Combat Action Badge at Contingency Operating Site Echo, Iraq, May 20. Ridenour, a soldier with Iron Troop, 3rd Squadron, 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment, was also a recipient of the Purple Heart Medal for wounds sustained under direct enemy fire on Feb. 24.
