Major James N. Shelstad, commanding officer, 1st Explosive Ordnance Disposal Company, 7th Engineer Support Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group, speaks to Marines at the ceremony dedicating the new EOD building to the Memory of Gunnery Sgt. Michael Clark, the first EOD tech who died in the War on Terror. It has more than ten times the space as the old EOD building and features rooms for each team to perfect their tactics techniques, and procedures used to neutralize any explosive threat.
